The Evapotranspiration-based Haryana Irrigation Performance Assessment (HIPA) tool generates irrigation performance reports for multiple spatial levels—administrative, cadastral, and command areas—selected by users within Haryana. This dynamic platform leverages remotely sensed datasets to compute field-level water-balance components and provides an interface for downloading and analysing both data files (.tiff) and reports in HTML or PDF formats. The tool can be scaled to any region of India, provided that the relevant assessment units are incorporated.
